About

An engineer who
never left the game.

Twenty five years of playing, coaching, and studying sports, organized into books that athletes, parents, and coaches can actually use.

Over 25 years ago I discovered my passion for sports and personal development, and I realized that a positive, powerful mindset, discipline, and a strategic approach are fundamental to growth.

I am an engineer by trade, so I appreciate how things work and how systems are put together. I played semi-professional soccer and coached for over eight years. I am an avid athlete and, to this day, practice functional fitness and weightlifting.

At some point I realized my reach as a coach was limited. I had always wanted to write books and reach a broader audience, including athletes, parents, and coaches. I currently play competitive pickleball and love the community, so I decided to focus on writing on my off days, because I believe it can help athletes, parents, and coaches across all sports in facets of their game they have yet to realize.

I started working on my first book in 2016 and have been focused on organizing my lifelong learnings from research, conversations, coaching, and watching and studying sports, then integrating them into organized, easy to follow books.

What makes my work valuable to you is that I focus on making sure my books are easy to read, value added, practical, inspirational, and relatable.
